Nathan was very polite did not laugh at me when I had only pushed a button in on the range but it had turned the other oven off expensive mistake but Nathan was great
I booked an NAC engineer to come and look at my elderly mother’s gas hob – the ignition for one of the rings wasn’t working and I’d discovered that she was using an adjacent ring to light the faulty one! (Yikes.) The engineer, Nick, identified the problem straightaway and fixed it on the spot. As well as being efficient, he was also very friendly and kind, which makes a big difference to an elderly customer. I would certainly use this company again.

From the moment he arrived, Nick was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in a clear, honest way. What really stood out, though, was how Nick handled things even after I requested a recall for a related issue. Rather than treating it as a hassle, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted properly. He took the time to double-check the entire system, made sure I was happy with the outcome, and genuinely cared about getting things right. All working now. Highly recommended.
