Made a search for a fridge repair and found the NAC site. Entered some details and quickly allocated a service engineer for a few days time. The local engineer got in touch and arranged a time that suited.
Arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem…which turned out to be ice blockage…wish I’d known.
The stated call out fee paid only.
The man came on time, he didn’t hang about, he sorted the problem, he was pleasant polite and professional. i forgot to ask for a receipt of payment.
I was contacted very quickly and an appointment was made within a short period.
On the day the serviceman gave me notice that he would be arriving in the next 30 minutes

The engineer was very nice, polite and competent. The repairs were completed quickly and without fuss. We had to wait for three days for parts to arrive, but otherwise it was all good.
Leo, who came to plumb in a washing machine was exceptionally good. He kept me informed when he was slightly late, due to gridlocked traffic, and was very knowledgeable. He did a really tidy job. I had misunderstood that I had to book ahead if I wanted him to take away my old washing machine but even without the trolley he needed, he managed to carefully move the machine into his van. Very helpful!
Unfortunately unable to repair
Excellent engineer. Cheerful, punctual and pleasure to have in the house.
However problem with your communication system telling me wrong date, and on enquiry about the problem. initially given faulty information.
This was subsequently swiftly dealt with by a telephone call
The engineer Charlie was very polite and quickly diagnosed the problem. He carried out the repair and whilst doing so fully explained how the problem started and how to stop it from happening again, and He left everything clean and tidy
