The lady on the phone Yvonne!! was very polite , job booked in for 2 days later , the night before got a message to give eta , the engineer arrived on time , very polite young man and informative , job done !! He did a really good job of explaining the issue and why !! No complaints from start to finish , very happy with the company , wouldn’t hesitate to use them again , engineers name was coby.
