From the first time I called I was confident the problem with my cooker would be solved. The engineer was polite and helpful. The problem was soon resolved. The communication was first class, if a little OTT about when to expect an visit and the requests for reviews!

Neff oven wasnt coming up to temp, a young manby the name of Josh arrived within the window expected but had to order a part. I was kept informed of progress and Josh returned with replacement part the following week as arranged. First class service.
