Prompt response to online booking with follow-up phone call from the engineer who introduced himself, confirmed the booking and subsequently phoned on the day to confirm arrival time. Repair was carried out swiftly and effectively.
My cooker was to old for the part’s and he was honest and tried to find it but there wasn’t any part for it so just had to pay for a call out charge
Errol attended promptly. Diagnosed the issue with my washer dryer and, very impirtantly had the replacement parts on board. He additionaly had a replacement door handle which he installed. Very impressed.
I found NAC via Google and was pleased to find that they would be able to quote for the repair before visiting. The administrator on the phone explained things clearly on the Wednesday and then said the engineer would be in touch. Mike, the engineer was in touch on the same day and listened to the issue. He then confirmed he would find out how much the replacement part would cost. This was communicated via WhatsApp. The part was ordered after I had paid for it in advance (payment link sent via WhatsApp) and then the repair visit took place on the Friday. The washing machine was repaired successfully and Mike communicated what he had done (as I was out) with
