Call was handled quickly and efficiently. A appointment was booked in for a date convenient for me. Could even have been earlier if I wanted. Call out charge is reasonable.

The engineer took time to spot that a bit of gunk might be affecting the spin cycle. He cleaned it off and now I have a fully operating machine without having a new and very expensive spin belt fitted. Very reasonable visit price and if a return visit is needed no second call out charge.

Have only just booked an engineer’s visit and he hasn’t been round yet but I’m leaving this review based on my experience with the company so far, which has been so smooth and easy. She understood the problem straight away, gave me options for a visit straight away, very good pricing and provided all the information I needed (both text and email) the moment I put the phone down. So easy. Feel like I’m in safe hands.Thanks so much for a terrific service so far!

It was the end of a difficult day and I knew I was the last person to be visited by your engineer. However (his name escapes me) your engineer was excellent and explained what he was doing and why. He was respectful throughout and worked tirelessly. If we had to score him – he would get full marks.
