The attending engineer arrived as planned. He quickly assessed the problem with our fridge freezer and gave me options for going forward. The appliance was repairable but not at an economic cost. He provided a replacement option which we didn’t follow up. Sometimes I can be suspicious of these sort of proposals, but in this case I’m sure it was genuine.
