First of all it was so very easy to make the booking,and the lady I spoke with very helpful.I had same day confirmation of the booking followed by a text from the tradesman.the day before msg with a time he would arrive.the fault was soon found,and a new part fitted,and working wonderful.I would recommend NAC to anyone Topclass

He was friendly and very professional, I had tried myself to re-fit the door without success even though I had watched several YouTube videos on how to do this?
At first he couldn’t find the issue as it looked perfectly sound but he was very patient as he examined the component parts and explained these type of doors can be quite different, he eventually found the issue by taking the whole door apart again and it was something I would never have seen! He fitted the door and I could get back to normal 😊
