Really helpful, sympathetic to my crisis ( albeit a first world one). Couldn’t do same day, unfortunately but next day confirmed.
It was only a fuse that had gone on the washing machine, but the engineer made it all seem ok, as I could not pull the machine out to get at the lug.
Engineer, friendly and helpful, unfortunately part had to be ordered and came in faulty but once a tual part arrived it was fitted and up and running better than ever.

Good service from first phone call through to engineer visit. Kept updated prior to visit and engineer knew what the problem was very quickly & it was sorted out in no time. This is for the engineer. Ben the engineer was delightful. He gave myself notice when he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable. Tested my machine and quickly ascertained which part I needed. The only criticism I have is I had to wait a week. But Ben came back the next week fitted & tested the part extremely quickly. So for Ben I will give you five 🌟
Really good service, helpful on the phone, friendly and efficient engineer, able to contact me before arrival so that I could get to my 95 year old mum’s house to be there during the repair. All in all a pleasure to deal with. Thank you NAC.

Contacted Becky at NAC 09:00 regarding noisy fan on hot point upright freezer, Stephane the engineer arrived before 10:00
Luck of the draw but could not ask for better response.
Stripped the appliance as far as he could go removing as much ice as he could gain access to,due to the manufacturing design he could not access the fan as a result of the ice build up
Note: it was less than 12 months since this frost free freezer had a similar fault !!
This would require 48 hours to melt naturally
Still wait & see if any further intervention necessary but to date cannot fault NAC and would have no hesitation in using their services again
