It turned out to be an easy fix in the end but sometimes you just need to call the professionals. James called us first to check what the problem was and sorted it without any fuss when he arrived 30 minutes later. We would not hesitate to call them in the future.
Appointment was made and repair carried out quickly. Communication was great and I was advised by text when repair man would arrive. Repair carried out and no mess, repair is also guaranteed which is brilliant.
