After trying, and failing, to get somebody to repair my gas hob, I called NAC Repair. The engineer arrived next day at the appointed time, diagnosed the fault and ordered the part required. He returned a few days later to fit it. This seems to be a very efficient service at the reasonable price of one call-out charge plus the cost of any parts needed. I would certainly use them again.
