This company is really excellent. Very helpful and pleasant, and very efficient. I was offered a same day appointment, and given the name of the engineer (Alasdair) who would come, and an estimated time of arrival. I was also given his mobile no, which was very useful. And Alasdair was excellent and very helpful and informative. Price was also very reasonable. From now on I will definitely always use NAC, and hopefully Alasdair, to repair my domestic appliances.
