Really reliable service, quick fix for my oven. Engineer was really nice as well
Would use again but hopefully not anytime soon!

NAC were quick to arrange an engineer to come out and look at my range cooker after a power cut blew its electronics. I was kept informed about when he would come and when delayed Taylor phoned to explain. When he came he was friendly and efficient. He left my cooker working but had to order a new part to complete the repair, but he came back a few days later with NAC keeping me informed about the part order and arranging a new visit. All is now well with only the original one callout charge and part to pay for. I would heartily recommend NAC and their engineer Taylor

Having bought a new unit to replace the faulty unit, decided that it would need someone with a bit of experience to fix it. Phoned NAC and they arranged the engineer to come. He arrived on time and having watched him replace the unit glad I had not tried to do it myself. To many plastic clips for my fingers. Did not take that long and we had a working tumble drier again.

Although I contacted NAc with a request for a repair, it wasn’t them that came, it was a company called Topfreeze, there wasn’t a problem with this company everything turned out ok they diagnosed the problem ordered the part then came back to fix it. However I would like to have been told by NAC that it wouldn’t them that I would be dealing with

Good understanding of the problem and solution.

The engineer was informative and efficient.
He gave me advice on the best action to take regarding the issue with my fridge freezer.

Easy to book. Came out quickly. Excellent service and didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision when the repair needed and cost of repair was more than expected. Couldn’t have had better customer service.

The engineer phoned to confirm the appointment,he was cheerful and brisk and sorted the problem out. He also gave me good information on how to keep my washing machine in good condition. Would happily recommend him for good service.
