Very good service, I contacted them just before the bank holiday weekend but they couldn’t attend till the Tuesday, half hour later I had a call back saying they would fit me in between jobs….. Tech arrived and had my washing machine up and running within a hour.

I booked a fridge freezer repair job with NAC. They sent a local trades person from my local area – Gavin, from Domestico Repairs. Gavin arrived on time on the agreed day. He was knowledgeable and skilled and pleasant. Although the fridge freezer wasn’t repaired, Gavin assessed the problem and advised it would be cheaper to replace it. We paid the upfront agreed cost and that was it.
We would use Gavin again.
We are happy with the service we got, especially knowing upfront what the cost of the job will be however long it takes.

What can we say? Steve is obviously a man who knows his way around kitchen appliances, in our case a dishwasher. He had it sussed out and fixed, in record time and for that, both my wife and I say a big “thank you”!

Josh was here early and managed to locate the problem with our washing machine and the problem was sorted within 15 minutes. He was very professional and efficent.
