Very quick service. Reported dishwasher issues, engineer sent out same day. Very clear costs, paid the call out and investigation charge, no other labour charge. Engineer returned a couple of days later to fit the parts. NAC told me the cost of the parts before the engineer visited so I had the choice of going ahead or going somewhere else. Had the parts fitted with NAC, very professional and pleasant engineer, thanks Darryn. Thoroughly recommend this company based upon my experience

Arrived at a time convenient to me. The engineer was pleasant and identified the problem with my freezer immediately. He explained exactly was the problem was and then proceeded to fix it. The freezer is now working as it should. Excellent service.

I needed a repair to a GE American style
fridge freezer that is about 15 years old.
I called NAC (first time customer) after google search and have found them to be a very professional company to deal with. I was asked for the make and model number and to describe the problem.
They gave me a next day appointment and the engineer who arrived on time was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem and informed me that they would have to order a part that could take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive but he was able to do a temporary repair so that we could carry on using the appliance. The part arrived in about 2 weeks and was quickly installed.

It’s not the cheapest service or the most expensive for 1 off repairs. But the engineer came out quickly, diagnosed a lock issue on the washing machine. Had to order a part whilst we were on holiday and fixed it the next available day we were back in quick time.
Excellent service and the engineer was a nice fella.
