This morning the dishwasher ground to a stop! Wouldn’t switch off and had to pull the plug! Phoned NAC explained the situation. Within two hours of contacting the company I had a call to say Ashley was due in 30 minutes. Sure enough arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the fault and sorted it out. Machine is as good as new and at a fraction of the cost of a replacement. This is true customer service. Would highly recommend NAC without a doubt. Thank you so much ❤️

Found this company on the internet and had good reviews. Initial engineer came out quickly and diagnosed the problem with my cooker. Unfortunately when he was booked to return with the parts he was ill and I had to wait a further week for a replacement engineer. They sent someone from Leicestershire (I live in East Yorkshire), he arrived when he said he would and quickly replaced the damaged parts. Cooker now working ok. It was unfortunate about the indisposed engineer but I am very happy with how the company sorted this out. Would recommend them.

Ken the repair man was very helpful arrived on time and managed to order the part for my drier very quickly

Not the cheapest to fix as was the heat pump that had failed, initially tripping the RCD then running cold cycles. but at half the price of a new dishwasher, it was worth the less hassle of a fix, all competent engineers, professional and honest.

Becky was really helpful and friendly to talk to. She answered my query quickly and was able to book an engineer for the next day. If he is as efficient as Becky, I’ll be very happy. Thank you.

Although the fault on the washing machine wasn’t fixed first time around the engineer revisited and with an additional part and got the machine fixed all at the weekend.A great service from Mohammed that went above and beyond what I would normally expect!
