Pretty slick operation, the 3rd party engineer phoned as promised & we agreed the time. Diagnosed fault & no shocks on the call out price. They are trying to source parts to quote for repair & are contactable post visit.
Your engineer came very quickly and diagnosed the problem within minutes. A new part was ordered and fitted in two days . He was clean and courteous, and I would definitely recommend him to anybody . Thank you
Daryl was so informative and advised on how I could use the washing machine. He also advised on how to use the tumble dryer which I hadn’t used before having inherited both appliances from the previous owner.
NAC’s technician came very promptly on time, was very pleasant and approachable, sorted our problem very efficiently, gave helpful advice and we could not be more satisfied. We don’t quite know what he did but our washing up machine did not work when he came – and works splendidly now! We’d say first class service all round.

Engineer arrived and whilst couldn’t repair on the spot he is confident he can get the part required for our 20 year old product.
I would definitely recommend this service. Good communication from the engineer ahead of the repair visit. Friendly engineer arrived on time. Unfortunately our fridge was beyond repair but the engineer provided useful advice on which brands were best to buy as a replacements.

From arrival in the house and looking at our Rangemaster he identified the issue and took the induction top away. He brought it back the following morning and it is working perfectly again.

Great service – machine repaired on the day and whilst I needed parts we didn’t need to wait for thwn ans the engineer had them with him. They also were keen to come earlier than agreed but we couldn’t make that work so they came as planned and it was all good. Quick friendly and professional.
