Excellent communication from the moment we made contact – kept us informed and upto date. Sorted a query out fast. Friendly, efficient technician diagnosed problem quickly but sadly didn’t have replacement part with him so had to return another time to fit it. Equally efficient service then too.

Mo who came to repair the dishwasher found no problem but assured me that iff the error code came up again he would come back and sort it.Unfortunatly it has and he’s coming back to repair it on Tuesday with no second call out charge.All good.👍
