A booking was made quickly despite me making contact over the weekend. The engineer arrived on time and sorted out the issue with our fridge/freezer quickly and gave advice on dealing with future problems. Would recommend this organisation.

While experience was very smooth and professionally handled. Becky who answered my initial call was very professional and friendly and arranged a call with Seyed the engineer who couldn’t have been accommodating. I sent pictures of the problem and he provided a reasonable quote and time to do the work. He arrived on time, fixed the problem while I was on a work call and left details in case of any issues. Overall a 5 star service from start to finish. Thank you!

Repair tech was very professional and friendly. Clear explanation provided of the faults, new parts required and costs. Unfortunately repair was not economical in this case, he provided the knowledge for us to determine the best course of action.
