The engineer came as promised on Monday 15th December and identified the problem with the cooker. Parts were needed so, with Christmas not far off, we were rather anxious. To our amazement we received an email the very next day to say they would be fitted on Friday 19 December. Repairs were done efficiently – Christmas dinner saved!
Engineer unable to repair microwave, faulty computer. Appreciated his efforts to obtain spares, which he telephoned me the following day re his enquiries. Machine obsolete
