I enjoyed the texting system that they use for confirming appointments and for telling you when they’re 15 minutes out. I got a polite call back offering to help order parts for the repair the next day, and when I said I needed to wait to get paid there was no pressure. Ordered the parts, they used the same system and tech for repairs, so I knew exactly when things were happening. They even let you know your place in the queue along with your time slot so you can estimate ETA even before they confirm they’re on the way.
Definitely happy with the company and will use again when needed.
