My freezer broke down on a Friday and I was told the repair couldn’t be done until the following Monday. When I explained about my food defrosting they asked their engineer to ring me.
He was the nicest man going.
He visited me late on Friday on his way home from work and made a temporary repair to last over the weekend. Collected the spare part in his own time over the weekend and returned to me first thing Monday morning to complete the repair properly.

Engineer arrived on time. He was friendly and efficient and sorted out our problems in no time. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I had a water leak in my Neff washing machine. I contacted NAC after Google search as I was impressed with their booking system and single simple call out charge – fixed irrespective of tune to diagnose. James attended promptly at the agreed time and sorted the problem swiftly keeping me updated throughout. NHe also gave me excellent advice for on going maintenance and better usage of my washing machine/dishwasher. Thoroughly recommended.

I have given 5 stars. Because from the first phone call to getting the repair done was excellent. The price I was happy with, the person who came to do repair do so efficiently. Would definitely recommend to anyone to use this company.

Rang spoke to Sharon who was very polite and helpful. She made an appointment for 08/09/25. The engineer rang me later to arrange a time. He turned up on time in the middle of a thunderstorm! His name was Jamie and he was very polite, friendly and explained what was wrong. He installed the fridge/freezer very quickly and explained all the workings on it. Very happy customer.

Quick to attend and come when they say they will. Pleasant and polite engineer who was knowledgeable and tidy.
Only criticism is it’s sometimes difficult to speak to someone on the phone, however, this problem was overcome after pointing it out.
