Professional response to my first call. Appointment confirmed within 3 days together with name of Service Engineer. Text reminder of appointment 48 hours before. Confirmation from Service Engineer 24 hours before, and confirmation of problem. Professional approach by Service Engineer to the job, and advice on two additional minor potential problems that he addressed. Invoice emailed to me within 2 hours of payment. All in all, and excellent Service and good Value-for-Money from start to finish.

The initial telephone conversation was very efficient, the repair man telephoned within half an hour. He arrived when he said fe would, he was very helpful, found the fault and explained what he’d do. He sourced the cost of replacement parts and I decided that was too expensive on this occasion.
