The repair was booked in quickly. The engineer Syed communicated well keeping me
updated.He explained all that needed doing ,quoting the repair cost which I agreed to before he went ahead.He went over and above to get the job done,even coming back out on a Sunday evening to fit another part. I would highly recommended booking a repair through NAC repair service.

Booked a call out on line on the Sunday – was contacted first thing on Monday morning to confirm it and arrange a time to suit me – was also contacted twice on the Tuesday once to again confirm the time and again when engineer was on the way – excellent and courteous service – would recommend and definately use again – 12 out of 10 also cheapest call out fee I could find

The lady who took my call was very warm and welcoming in nature. Quite refreshing to have someone to talk to and discuss your issues without having to type war and peace to a ridiculous robot.
Florin was punctual, polite and very helpful. It actually turned out that my fridge/ freezer wasn’t faulty but the extractor fan behind it. Florin was very helpful and prepared to wait while I cleaned up the mess he had exposed by moving the appliance. It cost me £90 but I was still grateful for his advice.

Professional approach by Service Engineer to the job, and advice on two additional minor potential problems that he addressed. Invoice emailed to me within 2 hours of payment. All in all, and excellent Service and good Value-for-Money from start to finish.
