Engineer arrived on time, and had to wrestle the washing machine into submission over the next two hours, with rusted screws, perished seal and barely adequate space to work. He did this with truly admirable absence of swearing, given the circumstances.

Brilliant service! Our washer had been blocked for a couple of days and the door wouldn’t open. I couldn’t see where to drain it and had a few unsuccessful attempts at fixing it myself. I decided I couldn’t waste anymore time on it. I went online and found NAC. I logged the call just after 0900. The engineer, Danny Collins, was with me within the hour and had left with the job fully sorted before 1100! He was polite, knowledgeable and kept the place clean. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend!
