Charlie arrived and checked our oven for faults and immediately found the problem. He confirmed what needed to be done and ordered the replacement part as understandably he does not carry every spare part.
The process for replacing the element was simple by paying for it online and a further fitting day was suggested.
The fitting of the new element was arranged and completed within a few minutes and the oven was switched on to check. All good and very efficient. Thank you.
