The repair to my cooker was done quickly and cleanly. It needed Two elements. The workings were explained to me in terms i could understand. I would recommend NAC Repair Co. to get work done urgently.

Very quick and easy booking process over the phone. The engineer came same day and quickly identified the fault. The new part came quickly and from booking a callout to fixing the problem was less than 2 days. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and I will definitely use NAC again.

Unfortunately my appliance was beyond repair even though it was only a couple of months outside of its 2 year warranty. NAC did what was required of them as did their nominated engineer and based on that alone I’d give the process a 5 star review – sadly it cost me considerably more to replace my fridge freezer!
