Quick response to repair. Engineer was polite and and convised with you while doing the repair.

This is on behalf of a neighbour. The machine was beyond repair, it was very old. The operative was very helpful, timing was good and they have a new machine now and are very pleased.

Professional receptionist and quick call back from the engineer which was appreciated. I did not choose to go forth with the service but would keep them in mind for future issues.

Easy to arrange, contact and appointment confirmed, call before engineer arrived on the day. Dan was great: prompt arrival, quickly ascertained situation, checked internal temperature of fridge and freezer, incorrect settings, told me both fridge thermometers were unreliable, told me to ensure no stored food touched the back of the fridge and he was then able to leave. So, in a way an expensive lesson but well worth paying, just to know how to run a standard fridge. The fridge freezer is now running correctly, I am reassured and have saved myself the cost of a new fridge, so it was worth trying NAC despite some less than complimentary comments on the site’s reviews. Great service from Dan and from the NAC company structure.
