My new oven door had an unfortunate accident with a chair on wheels. I tried calling the company where I brought it but all I got was an automated bot telling me to press this, that and the other button, I wanted a human to talk to!
My partner found this company on Google and I am so so glad he did. I had a lovely conversation with a young lady (actual human) who made a booking for the next day. All the costs were made clear to me which is what I like.
Engineer came . He was lovely and he put in the request for parts. I received the bill for the parts, which to be fair wasn’t as much as I thought it would be and was then sent the repair date.
The same young man came back and my oven door was replaced . He was very polite and professional.
I am so happy with the service this company provided. You pay for call out and labour costs in one payment and then you pay for the parts needed for your repair. No extra labour costs , no bs and you speak to actual humans. Thank you NAC Domestic appliance repairs. Absolutely a fantastic service. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

The service was excellent. From my initial enquiry to the final repair I couldn’t fault NAC. They were clear on pricing and honest about the arrival time of the engineer. Matthew quickly realised what was wrong with my cooker and soon repaired it. I highly recommend NAC, and would definitely use them again.

Fantastic service from start to finish, really easy to book initial appointment. Our engineer Ashley was great, came within the timeslot provided, found the problem with our cooker straight away, had to come back as he had to order in the part but this was only a few days. He came back and fixed it now problem.

We called NAC when our American Fridge Freezer, which had worked perfectly for over 14 years, wasn’t as cold as it should be.
The service provided by Ashley was prompt, professional, efficient and friendly. He could see immediately what the problem was, and within a couple of hours got the appliance working.
I would certainly use this company again.

Very impressed as our request for the repair of our electric hob was dealt with professionally, politely and efficiently. We had tried several other firms who either did not touch hobs or got answer phone responses. The firm appointed to do the repair kept us in close touch regarding our appointment, arrived on time, sorted the problem quickly and explained it clearly.

Quick response to my enquiry. Good communication and prompt arrangement of appointment to call and carry out the repair. The problem with my oven was quickly identified and fixed. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Urgent washer repair was needed as my usual company couldn’t come for a week! A family of 4 with no washer for a week = nightmare! Contacted these guys, came out the next day. Part wasn’t available but they completed a temporary repair to get us through the weekend and came back on Tuesday after bank holiday and completed the repair. No stress, polite and professional service and reasonable price. Defo would use again.

Very good service, I contacted them just before the bank holiday weekend but they couldn’t attend till the Tuesday, half hour later I had a call back saying they would fit me in between jobs….. Tech arrived and had my washing machine up and running within a hour.
Tech was excellent….
