Prompt and efficient getting an Engineer to me who was excellent and fixed my machine. He was pleasant and when I asked him if I should replace my machine which I had for over 10 years he said it was not necessary as it was a good machine (Miele). He saved me from spending money.

The NAC engineer turned up as we had arranged the day before and also gave me about 20 mins notice by phone on the day.
The appliance turned out to be beyond repair but when it was explained to me what the problem was at least I had the satisfaction of knowing that I was condemning it for a good reason and not for the want of a relatively minor component.
