This washing machine repair visit was very successful. The engineer found the fault in 3-5 minutes and fixed the problem with the washing machine.

My Neff washer dryer started leaking and showing an error code. NAC were very helpful over the phone, and arranged an engineer to visit promptly. He found the leak, ordered a replacement part, and came back a few days to fit it. The total cost was very reasonable and the appliance is now working fine.

Our fridge broke down and we were thinking we would have to fork out £750 for a new one but decided we’d try NAC first. Booking process was fast and worked well. Engineer Robert was great – diagnosed the problem with our fridge quickly and came back a few days later with the required part to repair it. Fridge is back up and running correctly and we saved hundreds of pounds.
The engineer arrived on time,appeared well qualified and was very pleasant. He examined the equipment thoroughly and advised that it should be replaced and was probably not worth repairing.

Great customer service from phone operator. Great transparency from engineer. Unfortunately the washing machine was a write off due to damage to the drum.
Only had the Beko washing machine for 3 years and this is this is the 2nd issue. Glad the engineer told us it was a write off as glad to see the last of it! Great service NAC and definitely worth the call out charge to get the consultation as not too expensive!
