Young man arrived on time, introduced himself and was very polite. Found problem with washing machine, corrected it and explained to me what was wrong. He cleaned up and left area very clean

Recommended and will use again. I booked an appointment late on Thursday the next available was Monday which was fantastic. I was contacted Friday with Chris’s number and he went out of his way, on his weekend to contact me to let me know what time he was going to be with us on the Monday. The call out was only £80 and peace of mind was given. If we need their services again, we will use.

Danny contacted us promptly and arranged to call and look at our faulty oven. The oven needed a new element and again the order of part and replacement was very quick. Danny communicated the the status efficiently throughout the process.

Although I had to wait 3 weeks for the parts, the job was very well done. Didn’t take too long for the actual work.
After the initial call to the call centre which was efficient.
They explained the procedure and got a call from the engineer asking what times I would be in and then arranged a visit.
Found the fault and ordered the part.
Part arrived sooner than the engineer was told.
Got another phone call from engineer to state that he could fit me in the same day part arrived.
Engineer fitted part and all is OK now.
Engineer was very good and polite.
Communication from the company was spot on. Christopher turned up during the advised time slot. He didn’t take long to identify then fix the issue, such the dishwasher is working again.
Will use NAC again if required.
