The Engineer Nathan was extremely competent and able,The service was good and I can recommend them for their prompt attention.Their markup on spare parts is high perhaps understandably so.
My engineers stayed in touch with me and came when planned. The microwave actually wasn’t at fault.It was just the socket.! Paid the call out fee…cheaper than a new microwave.

The engineer quickly diagnosed the problem with the washer dryer and replaced the defective parts. He had the patience to wait until the dryer had gone through a cycle before leaving.

The engineer managed to get my aunt’s washing machine working again and was very honest about how long he thought the machine would last. He recommended we should replace it within the next few months as he could see that due to its age other parts were wearing out and would be very costly to replace.
