This is an excellent company. With one call, the problem explained, the engineer called within a few minutes, discussed the problem, identified the fault, ordered the part and came 2 days later when the part arrived and fixed our oven. The engineer was excellent at communicating and the service was quick, and excellent – I couldn’t recommend this company more to anyone with any appliance breakdown. So impressed.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Initial visit was next day and problem identified within a few minutes. Parts were ordered there and then and despite the Miele machine being quite old an appointment was made for the repair to be carried out within a couple of working days.
Nathan worked quickly and explained what he needed to do. When he had finished he cleaned up leaving the area as if he hadn’t been there.
