The initial telephone conversation was very efficient, the repair man telephoned within half an hour. He arrived when he said fe would, he was very helpful, found the fault and explained what he’d do. He sourced the cost of replacement parts and I decided that was too expensive on this occasion.

The initial phone call lead to an Engineer text message to confirm a visit the following day. The the Engineer arrived on time and quickly determined that the repair was uneconomic. He explained clearly the reasons.
