Very quick and easy booking process over the phone. The engineer came same day and quickly identified the fault. The new part came quickly and from booking a callout to fixing the problem was less than 2 days. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and I will definitely use NAC again.

Unfortunately my appliance was beyond repair even though it was only a couple of months outside of its 2 year warranty. NAC did what was required of them as did their nominated engineer and based on that alone I’d give the process a 5 star review – sadly it cost me considerably more to replace my fridge freezer!

Engineers were excellent arrived a little late but called me to apologise as it turned out they were only 10 to 15mins late.
Sorted out the problem a repaired two things that been left undone by bogged kitchen fitters.

Job done in timescale given and texted to say when engineer would arrive. I was not just told what was being done, I was shown what was happening with an explanation of what was being done to ensure that oven was working safely. Oven was fixed perfectly.
5 yr old American fridge freezer started making loud whirring noise. Replacement would have cost about £1500. Really pleased we chose to have it repaired as total bill with parts & 2 visits from engineer (1st to diagnose problem, 2nd to fix) less than £215.
Booking engineer visit super easy. Taylor was punctual, friendly & knowledgeable. Although parts had to be ordered, fridge freezer was fixed within 4 days. Highly recommend!
