The lady on the phone who arranged the appointment was lovely and very helpful. The Engineer arrived on time and repaired the washing machine quickly and efficiently leaving the area clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend and use again.

The washing machine fix wasn’t straight forward but the engineer worked through and now I have a perfectly functioning like new washing machine and a very reasonable cost and way cheaper than a replacement.
