Professional receptionist and quick call back from the engineer which was appreciated. I did not choose to go forth with the service but would keep them in mind for future issues.
Easy to arrange, contact and appointment confirmed, call before engineer arrived on the day. Dan was great: prompt arrival, quickly ascertained situation, checked internal temperature of fridge and freezer, incorrect settings, told me both fridge thermometers were unreliable, told me to ensure no stored food touched the back of the fridge and he was then able to leave. So, in a way an expensive lesson but well worth paying, just to know how to run a standard fridge. The fridge freezer is now running correctly, I am reassured and have saved myself the cost of a new fridge, so it was worth trying NAC despite some less than complimentary comments on the site’s reviews. Great service from Dan and from the NAC company structure.
