Easy booking service online and a nice prompt appointment with the repair technician. He came in, sorted the issue, offered advice to avoid it going forward and that was that. You really can’t ask for more. I would definitely use this company again.

Great customer service from phone operator. Great transparency from engineer. Unfortunately the washing machine was a write off due to damage to the drum.
Only had the Beko washing machine for 3 years and this is this is the 2nd issue. Glad the engineer told us it was a write off as glad to see the last of it! Great service NAC and definitely worth the call out charge to get the consultation as not too expensive!
Friendly and efficient engineer who managed to get a stuck transit bolt out from the back of the washing machine with no difficulty.
Sadly the fridge was unrepairable, but NAC were extremely helpful and I would use them again.

I used NAC for the first time and was highly impressed with this company. They kept me informed all the time and even texted me to say the engineer was on his way to me and would be there shortly. I did appreciate all the updates. The engineer quickly diagnosed the fault and repaired it. The engineer was very proffessional, efficient, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be recommending NAC to all my family and friends as I was so impressed with them.
