I was impressed with the booking process and communication from NAC, despite my request going through quite late on in the day. I had automated confirmation of my booking, a courtesy call in the morning and a follow-up message advising the engineer was on their way. On arrival the engineer took a detailed explanation of the issue from me and just cracked on with the work. He also gave advice on preventative maintenance for the fault I had, and was able to assit me move another appliance away and back into position following completing the job.

I’d highly recommend NAC based on my experience. The cost was transparent and the engineer was knowlegable.

So far so good! Really efficient service in booking my fridge repairs.

From contacting this company everything worked like clockwork, the interaction between me and NAC was exemplary, they excel in communicating with the customer whereby so many operations are abysmal at it. The engineer, Matthew who repaired our cooker contacted us before the visit he was friendly and very effective at what he did, I cannot praise him enough. Also Payment was very easy to transact, by the way all this is ACCURATE.
