Very clear with all information and booked in without any hassle

We got an appointment the next day for a cooker repair after contacting NAC by phone. I was a little worried because it is a site which is country wide but connects with local tradespeople. But no worries at all. Vladimir was local, prompt, efficient and the whole this was a pleasant and sorted within a fews day after waiting for a part. Thank you!

Having had two previous oven repairers in, who made a big deal out of the situation and didn’t get anywhere, I called NAC in. The repair man was positive, polite and very competent. He was the only one that pulled the oven out and and diagnosed the problem. Had the parts in the van and oven fixed within an hour. I’d definitely use them again!
