All communication with this company was very helpful from the person on reception to the engineer who came out to do the work. We were kept informed as to when to expect the engineer. He was extremely efficient, explained the problem clearly and was very helpful when it came to replacing a faulty hob.

Can not fault the service. Got straight through on phone and explained my issue with my Heat pump tumble dryer. Booked in for a visit very next day. Had direct contact with engineer Tom. He asked a few question and what model it was to check if he had parts available. Turned up very next day and replaced part needed. Very polite and professional. Definitely use this company again.
