The engineer came the next day and said I needed a new pump for my Bosch dishwasher. He said it could take a week. However I was pleasantly surprised when he rang a couple of days later and came to fit the part on a Sunday which was fabulous as otherwise I would have had to juggle work commitments. There was only one call out charge plus the cost of the pump and the engineer didn’t leave until he was fully satisfied all was working. Great service

Great immediate service visit from Steve, so pleased he managed to identify the problem, order the part required at a very reasonable cost and has mended my Fridge. It has saved me the time, trouble and cost of replacing it with a new one, especially as the latest model does not fit the space in the Kitchen! Highly recommend NAC
