The engineer managed to get my aunt’s washing machine working again and was very honest about how long he thought the machine would last. He recommended we should replace it within the next few months as he could see that due to its age other parts were wearing out and would be very costly to replace.
Company was brilliant, fast and reliable.
Danny who repaired the fridge freezer, was polite ,and knew what he was doing.
I highly recommend recommend them.

NAC were quick to arrange an engineer to come out and look at my range cooker after a power cut blew its electronics. I was kept informed about when he would come and when delayed Taylor phoned to explain. When he came he was friendly and efficient. He left my cooker working but had to order a new part to complete the repair, but he came back a few days later with NAC keeping me informed about the part order and arranging a new visit. All is now well with only the original one callout charge and part to pay for. I would heartily recommend NAC and their engineer Taylor
Having bought a new unit to replace the faulty unit, decided that it would need someone with a bit of experience to fix it. Phoned NAC and they arranged the engineer to come. He arrived on time and having watched him replace the unit glad I had not tried to do it myself. To many plastic clips for my fingers. Did not take that long and we had a working tumble drier again.
Although I contacted NAc with a request for a repair, it wasn’t them that came, it was a company called Topfreeze, there wasn’t a problem with this company everything turned out ok they diagnosed the problem ordered the part then came back to fix it. However I would like to have been told by NAC that it wouldn’t them that I would be dealing with
