I had broken the oven casing where the racks are fixed. This was due to putting the racks in the wrong way round after removing them for cleaning. I had thought I may need to replace the oven as there were no brackets to hold the oven tray making the oven toatlly inoperable. However the engineer {Connor of CLD Plumbing and Gas Solutions} attended and removed the oven from it’s casing and literally took the oven apart to get in behind the bracket fixings. He was then able to secure the brackets which made the oven operational once again. I was very impressed indeed with his efforts and he certainly went above and beyond what I would have expected of any engineer to resolve the situation. No parts were needed and the oven is up and running once again. I can’t thank him enough.
