I was really worried when I realised I had booked with a company based in Yorkshire. How could I receive a local repair man. To my surprise Florin came the next day and he was local. Lifted the heavy oven out and found out what was wrong. He ordered the part and came back the next week. Now have a fully operating double oven and only had to pay the £75 plus price of element. A really nice reliable gentleman.
