I called NAC to book a repair on my Hotpoint dishwasher. This was arranged and I was given the cost upfront including the call out and labour.
The engineer,Muj, called to say what time he would be arriving on the day. The problem was soon identified and a return visit arranged to replace the pump. Muj was brilliant throughout and I would highly recommend him
