I have just spoken to NAC appliance repair to a lovely young lady by the name of Becky. She has been fantastic about my problem and has put a request in for an engineer to give me a call tomorrow for a time I would like him to call.After being let down twice by another company it was a joy to speak to someone who was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely friendly.

I’m writing this review 5 stars so people avoid this place and read this post avoid this company its scammers do not use they have ripped a mother off and her disabled kids they took the money and promised to come back with the part then I rang the company women who answers sounds alright at the start the engineers do till they take your payment and go on the missing list and they said she needs to get the money of the engineer that the engineer took the payment not them and that it’s nothing to do with the company how’s it nothing to do with the company when she went trough them don’t waste your money or time the company and the engineers are clearly ripping everyone off look at the 1 star reviews over a week and not contact with her read the messages and blanked her it’s disgusting £75 down avoid avoid avoid

Quick and efficient
This company was able to give me an early date to repair my broken down washing machine. The engineer texted the night before with a time window and then when he was on his way. He was cheerful, polite and efficient. Excellent service and value.

Prompt service by a friendly, professional engineer (well done, Nick!). A one off labour charge, fast ordering of the parts required and another prompt visit. What’s not to like?
