Lee was really professional and efficient. He identified the repair needed to sort my Smeg range cooker oven and went above and beyond to ensure the part needed was ordered and fitted as quickly as possible. He kept in excellent communication throughout the process and was prompt and friendly.
Engineer attended quickly to electric cooker fault, found the problem to be a fault heating element and ordered a replacement as well as a new door seal. He was able to come back and fit this within a few days and the whole process was smooth and easy to arrange.

They took all the details of the problem and within an hour an engineer called Lucas contacted me to arrange a suitable time to visit. He came on time, was polite and professional, identified the problem and although he had to order the replacement part, he kept me informed about when he received the part then came back to complete the job.
