Having made a phone call and speaking about the fault on my cooker I new then that I would like them to sort the fault out. They explained the price for engenier to come out and diagnosing the fault once found only paid for the part or parts required. Arrived on time that was suitable for myself. Ordered the part and fitted within 3 days. Excellent service from beginning to end totally recommend. Thank you.
