Easy to book a repair and a one charge call out fee

Communication was excellent and Dan was happy to re arrange the appointment for me when I had to cancel. Unfortunately he was unable to get parts to repair the faulty dishwasher due to it’s unknown make but he tried his best. However he did help in the end by disposing of the unit for me.

Great communication no hidden extras £75 + parts. Mine was beyond repair financially but the service was quick knowledgeable and efficient. The engineer looked up the parts and how much they would cost for me. It was more than a new washer so I had to buy new but I would definitely use this service again.

Very good communication from the company prior to the engineer’s visit. Engineer arrived in expected time slot & gave good advice. In our case no repair was necessary so only the call-out charge was payable.

Helpful, good communication & explanation

The repair man only had to turn my American fridge freezer on to know what was wrong but it was something I couldn’t afford I’m afraid.

They were very efficient and friendly. Everything was upfront and they went above and beyond when they fixed a problem that wasn’t part of the job.

On-line booking process with NAC was very efficient with a time-slot available 2 days later. Engineer made personal contact and again came out at time booked. Diagnosed fault and came back to fit the part two days later. He was very pleasant and the whole experience was hassle-free. Would definitely use NAC again.

Very prompt response and repair was done quickly

Engineer was booked for the next day. I was kept updated via messages the time he was coming to the day he came back to install the part. I had never used NAC before so when it was all sorted within a week I was very impressed.
