From the initial enquiry to the completion of the job, NAC provided a friendly and professional service. After phoning the company on a Wednesday, Danny rang me 5 mins later to arrange to visit the following day which he did. He had to order the necessary part but came back on the Monday and carried out the repair. I would thoroughly recommend NAS.

Repair was logged with easy for next day, Date had to be changed due to engineer workload. Andy arrived the following day after keeping me fully updated, diagnosed the fault and replaced faulty water pump during the visit. Excellent service by Andy, Good price including part costs, would absolutely use again.

Engineer visited was very polite and got straight to work. Took my tumble dryer apart and cleaned it out, as was quite blocked with fluff which was blocking the fan. Explained I needed a new filter and told me best place to order it. Very happy with the service and extremely reasonable price. Far cheaper than if I had requested an Engineer from the maker of the machine 👍.
NAC responded quickly to our call for help and sent an experienced appliance engineer who identified the fault on and repaired it. Communication was excellent and we were kept informed on the timing of his arrival. Overall we were impressed at the quality of the service we received.
Excellent communication from both the company and engineer. He turned up at the appointed time, was polite and efficient. He fixed our oven with a part he had on the van, so we were happy all around. I would definitely recommend this company, and would happily use them again if we had an appliance problem.
I can honestly say that I’ve never had a repair experience as good as my recent repair conducted by Danny Collins of NAC.
My freezer had stopped working and, after finding NAC on Google, a visit was quickly arranged, with Danny arriving on time, with me being updated as to his arrival time.
His knowledge of freezers was amazing, and after an initial assessment of the problem, fixed it with minimal fuss. What was most impressive, however, was how he kept me informed on what he was doing, and why, with tips on how to get the most out of the freezer. Should be obvious, you’d think, but I learnt a lot from him.
As a bonus, he was very friendly, and enjoyable to talk to.

The engineer who visited us to assess our 20 year-old washing machine was helpful in framing a discussion which led us to decide not to repair the faltering legs of the machine, but to let it go on as long as possible without intervention. He also advised us of the changes that had occurred in the manufacturer of this particular machine which might lead us to choose another make.
