Really quick response from operator Helen the receptionist, Helen was very helpful & knowledgeable and recorded and answered all my questions which made me feel assured that her company’s engineers were all very skilled and professional and would sort out any issues that we were having with our dishwasher

Outstanding. Easy to book an engineer with efficient automated text confirmation of date and time of appointment. He arrived on time in well equipped van. Friendly and efficient, he diagnosed the fault in our tumble dryer. He Explained the problem clearly, and went through the costs of repair vs replacement. Follow up email arrived next day with full details. Decided to replace appliance, so can’t vouch for repair service.
This call-out cost nearly £100 (quoted in advance) which I paid by card and got an immediate online receipt. Not cheap but I felt provided a fast and professional service from a well trained engineer.
