The engineer was excellent

Lee did a great job. He sorted out my dishwasher which had stopped working, explained what had gone wrong and gave me some instructions on what I should do going forward.
The cost of the repair was very reasonable!

My washing machine had broken down. Was contacted by Josh with a time to call. The pump had gone on the machine and luckily Josh had the part in the van so fixed the washing machine straight away. Service was excellent and Josh was polite and helpful. Cost of repair wasn’t too bad either. Would definitely recommend this company 👌

Very pleasant, well informed telephone assistant, helped me sort out what I actually required from a call out. Explained to me when and why she couldn’t answer a particular query.
On track now to speak with someone who can visit and carry out the repairs. Million times better than a Bot. Please don’t succumb – humans best!

Appointments kept and our home was respected. We were very impressed with the way Nathan quickly located the fault, gave an almost instant price for the new part, which was installed within days. He is a truly a very skilled engineer who explained everything with clarity. If we have any further difficulties with our domestic appliances there is only one company to contact.
