Needed a tumble dryer repaired. It was a flat fee to diagnose the fault and any further labour of £90 ish. Part needed to be ordered which is about £80 and so the repair was done a week after the initial visit. Ashley the engineer was polite, friendly and efficient. The office (I think Becky?) was also great and helped to arrange a later appointment as we had meetings in the morning.
From the initial phone call this company kept me up to date and had to rearrange dates which was simple, engineers were always on time informing me 15 mins they arrived. Repair was quickly dealt with and engineers were professional and tidy.
I have found this company to be very reliable and honest. The engineer,Nathan,has been pleasant, punctual and kept me informed of the work needed to repair my oven. I have known the cost before parts were ordered and now its done 👍.
