Took one look at the problem and fixed it straight away.
My oven needed an update! That’s what the UP message on oven was all about.
It would have been tricky for me to do and understand what it all meant but it was done with no problem!

Easy to contact and set up initial appointment for my fridge/ freezer repair. Mark assessed what was needed and reassured me that it would be fully functioning once again. Only delay was waiting for the parts to arrive. Very friendly, efficient service . Will definitely use again if needed.
The engineer was professional and really pleasant.
Engineer arrived when they said they would. Easy payment by card. The engineer sorted the issue there and then. Happy with how smooth the whole process was from initial call to repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use NAC again to book an appliance repair.
Engineer turned up on time, checked dishwasher and found sliver of glass in water pump. Removed article check every thing and found that dishwasher (touch wood) operating normal.
No spare parts required and as intergrated unit it did not have to be removed from cabinet.
Second time l have used NAC very satisfied and would go nowhere else for appliance repairs.
Your engineer Anil Gurung was prompt, he checked what I thought was a problem and declared it in good order.
He pulled the oven out tp find the registration number and showed me how to use the oven controls.
He was knowledgable polite and quick.
He was in and out in about 15 minutes.
Easy to order on line. Clear instructions and cost. Message sent the day before confirming appointment . Trct on day to warn of arrival. Clean professional who did not disrupt household. Was happy to check on line fir some details and explained the problem. Neat and tidy job. No extras. All sorted.
