Booked my washing machine in with NAC and they had someone out the next day.
Ken (the technician) kept me informed with when he’d be arriving and what he believed was wrong with the washing machine. He was polite and punctual. Unfortunately the part would’ve cost more than it was worth to repair but that’s not the fault of Ken of NRC.

Booked and paid upfront, contacted us the day before to give a time slot. Got a text before the engineer arrived. Friendly, knowledgeable engineer, fixed quickly, no dramas.

Faisal showed up when he said he would, identified the problem with my 18 year old Falcon Rangemaster within minutes and repaired it within the hour at a very reasonable price. He checked over other aspects of the cooker and left me feeling very confident about the future of the cooker and happy to get on with some cooking.

My oven went and I had to decide to repair or buy new. As it was only a few years old, I went for repair and tried NAC as it was easy to book online. Someone came and checked it over and it needed a new part which he had to order as he didn’t have it on his van. I had paid for the one off call out fee and so didn’t pay for the second and just paid for the part which was a lot cheaper than a new cooker. Would use them again if needed.
