Fantastic- so far!
Saw local fridge/freezer repair on line offering same day/ next day service.
Rang to book home visit: call answered quickly by Becky- friendly, professional & stated that engineer would call sometime pm to arrange time.
Within 5 minutes engineer (Lee) rang to enquire re problem, gave some advice & arranged time.
All really painless, very reassuring and looking forward to having my fridge/ freezer diagnosed, repaired & working again.

Great response to initial enquiry and happy with the call out / work charge. The engineer who attended was very polite and clearly knew his business. He immediately identified the issue and ordered the part which he did not carry. He isolated the issue to enable us to use the oven until the part was available . Quick turn round and appointment made to fit the required part (labour included in the original call out charge).
All round excellent service and will use them again.
